THE WEIGHT

It is obtained by molding pulp more or less refined in a form such as the egg carton.

It can be reinforced with a textile fabric or adding minerals (stone box) or animal fibers (cardboard leather).

full board

The full house is a cardboard molded tray for 1 to 4 mm thick, made ​​from paper pulp. They can be laundered or not. the thinnest layers are called folding carton because they can be folded small packages such as drugs.

THE RECIPE
To make yourself your dough board must:

- Fiber (60 to 70%)

- Water (20 to 35%)

- Additive (5-20%)

You can use the essence of cloves as fungicides. The additive increases the mechanical properties of paper: the stone dust, leather, etc ...
TIP
Each cardboard recycling, the length of the fibers decreases, gradually taking away its mechanical properties.
